Australian purchases are subject to 10% GST .  FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the freight policy at any time and without notice.

And we in no way imply that our products are original parts. 

A compliant tax invoice will be issued showing total excluding GST, total GST and total including GST for every sale and supply of goods.

You must report discrepancies as soon as you become aware  following the receipt of goods.

Claims relating to shortages will not be recognized after 7 days of goods receipt.

FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd. takes all necessary care in the packing of goods, and we will replace any item which we find was not originally supplied and only following a process of internal investigation. However, upon leaving our warehouse, the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. Therefore, where there is shortage and has occurred in transit, all claims for loss or damage must be made on the carriers at the delivery end .

All orders will be dispatched soon as possible. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable time frame, please check with us to confirm the dispatch details.

Return of Goods / Warranty

If an item has been supplied incorrectly or is faulty, you must notify us upon receipt of your order to advise of any discrepancies. We will arrange for a credit to be raised on your behalf. Under no circumstances will goods be supplied at no charge.

All goods must be forwarded to the warehouse where purchased within 20 days and must be in the original packaging and must be in good condition.

Goods returned without any valid reason are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of their value (minimum $5 charge). Goods returned for warranty must be accompanied by a completed Warranty Claim form.

Warranty will only be paid on replacement part value (once verified faulty).  For goods specially procured, there will be no credit allowable.

Please Note: Special order products are not returnable, nor can they be cancelled after shipment from vendor.

All claims made after 20 days are by negotiation. Definitely NO CREDIT after 60 days.

The customer acknowledges that the ownership of the goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until payment is made in full to FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd.

The customer accepts the goods as Bailee only pending payment and authorizes FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd. to enter the premises to remove the goods for resale, if payment is not supplied within supplier’s trading terms. The customer may sell the goods in the course of their business on the condition that it holds the proceeds in trust for FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd. until payment is made to the supplier.

Insurance of all FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd. Products  sold by FUYO&FUYOAL® Pty. Ltd. are covered by a multiple comprehensive liability insurance to the value of $20,000,000.00 which includes coverage of personal injury and property damage in line with other reputable manufacturing firms. A copy of our policy is available on request.
